American Idol: Jacob Lusk “A House Is Not A Home”

So which five guys are going to make it through to the Idol live shows?

After Casey and Paul, who I both think will sail through to the finals, I’d put my money on Jacob Lusk – the big voiced gospel singer who managed to take it down a notch last night in his cover of Luther Vandross’s A House Is Not A Home.

I didn’t love the performance but I did like it and I can’t deny Jacob can absolutely sing. Plus I find his backstage theatrics rather entertaining. It’s just that when I watch Lusk perform I can’t help but imagine him in full drag. And I have a horrible feeling we’re gonna have another Clay Aitken on our hands (Jacob is clearly gay but also very religious – I’m anticipating a whole lot of denial!)
